Nicole Haddad (Designer) and Jordan Haddad (CEO) are the children of Brazilian jazz musicians who bring their unique heritage to their business. Their clothing line, Lobo Mau, was founded by Nicole in 2008 after completing her Master’s in Fashion Design from Drexel University. Her clothing line became an instant hit with the women of Philadelphia, and she has since cultivated close relationships with her customers. Her unique sense of style, eye-grabbing prints, and comfortable, easy silhouettes made her clothing stand out in a sea of fast fashion. Fun fact: Nicole’s obsession with Pomeranians inspired her to make her best-selling piece, The Pom Jacket.

Jordan (CEO) gained his professional business development experience in the engineering & manufacturing staffing industry. After 4 years in the corporate arena, Jordan went back to his roots to rediscover something that felt more familiar to him: family business. Jordan joined Lobo Mau in 2016 and has since grown company revenue by 98% and tripled their internal staff. Nicole and Jordan have discovered their unstoppable dynamic of left-brain/right-brain styles to form a company that is true to their shared values, while scratching their entrepreneurial itch. Fun fact: Jordan is a musician and plays in a local rock band, Flightschool, which originated from his days at Franklin & Marshall College.

Our Associate Technical Designer, Shanice is a liaison between our local and national Lobo Mau Wolfpack community. She supports our Head Designer, Nicole in design concepts, product development and oversees in-house fulfillment of orders as well as inventory management. She also assists in training all co-op / internship-based team members and aids in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Shanice started with Lobo Mau as a Fall 2019 Production Intern after graduating from the Academy of Art University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion - Knitwear Design and has worked within her current role since the Flagship Store's grand opening in February 2020. Fun fact: Shanice was ambidextrous in middle school!
