Refund policy

RETURNS: 

We accept unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of receiving your order. Gift cards are non-returnable. 

We offer 3 options for all items eligible for return:

  1. Request a return shipping label. We will send a ready-to-use USPS return label which can be printed and attached to your item. We charge an $8.00 shipping and processing fee to cover the cost of the return shipment which will automatically be deducted from your refund. 
  2. You return ship via the shipping method of your choosing. Once the item is received, we will issue your refund in full. 
  3. Drop off your return at Lobo Mau Showroom on 1901 S 9th St. Room 501, Philadelphia. Once your item is received, we will issue a full refund.

EXCHANGES:

We honor exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to info@lobomau.com or visit Lobo Mau Showroom at 1901 S 9th St. Room 501 to request an exchange. 

If you choose to ship or do not live locally, we will send a USPS label to return ship the unwanted item. Once the item is received, we will ship your exchange item/items. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Requests for cancellation beyond 24 hours will be processed as store credit if brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
