Refund policy
RETURNS:
We accept unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of receiving your order. Gift cards are non-returnable.
We offer 3 options for all items eligible for return:
- Request a return shipping label. We will send a ready-to-use USPS return label which can be printed and attached to your item. We charge an $8.00 shipping and processing fee to cover the cost of the return shipment which will automatically be deducted from your refund.
- You return ship via the shipping method of your choosing. Once the item is received, we will issue your refund in full.
- Drop off your return at Lobo Mau Showroom on 1901 S 9th St. Room 501, Philadelphia. Once your item is received, we will issue a full refund.

EXCHANGES:
We honor exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to info@lobomau.com or visit Lobo Mau Showroom at 1901 S 9th St. Room 501 to request an exchange.
If you choose to ship or do not live locally, we will send a USPS label to return ship the unwanted item. Once the item is received, we will ship your exchange item/items.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Requests for cancellation beyond 24 hours will be processed as store credit if brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
